New moon circles for reflection, release, and remembering who you are.

New Moon Circles are intentional gatherings held in rhythm with the lunar cycle. They offer a pause — a place to reflect, release, and set intentions in community.

Each circle aligns with the new moon, a time traditionally associated with beginnings, inward reflection, and planting seeds for what’s next.

Circles are approximately 2 hours long and primarily held in person, with select virtual gatherings offered to increase accessibility and connection across distance.

These circles are inclusive, judgment-free spaces. No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to show up as you are.

Each circle includes grounding, guided reflection, optional sharing, and a gentle closing ritual. There is no movement or performance required.
The circles are reflective and intention-based, not tied to any religion. Take what resonates and leave the rest.
That’s okay. Emotions are welcomed, not rushed or fixed. You’ll be held in a supportive, respectful space.
Just yourself, journal, and pen. You may choose to bring something cozy or anything that helps you feel comfortable.
