Full Moon Circles are a space to release, reflect, and come back to yourself—guided from wherever you are.
These virtual gatherings are held in rhythm with the full moon—a time traditionally associated with release, clarity, and emotional reset.
You’ll be guided through reflection, gentle nervous system regulation, and intentional space to process what’s been heavy, loud, or unspoken.
This is not about performing or sharing publicly.
It’s about creating space to exhale with a community of women.
All circles are approximately 60 minutes and held virtually.

These spaces are designed to support whatever comes up—whether that’s emotion, clarity, stillness, or even resistance. You are never required to process anything publicly, and you are held in the safety of your own space.
You'll want to have a journal and pen nearby, a candle, water, or anything else you may find relaxing and cozy. For virtual circles, try to be in a quiet space, if possible.
