A welcoming, confidential space for women to slow down, reflect, and reconnect in community.
When you arrive, you’ll be warmly welcomed into a calm, intentional space. There’s no rush, no performance, and nothing to prepare in advance.
Once everyone is settled, we gather and gently begin.
You’ll be invited to:
🌑 arrive in your body through breath and grounding
🌑 reflect on the theme of the evening
🌑 meditate and journal
🌑 set intentions or release, depending on the phase of the moon
🌑 share in a safe community of women (only if you wish)
Each circle follows a thoughtful, time-honored structure designed to support emotional safety, presence, and deep listening. The flow allows space for both personal insight and shared experience, without pressure to speak or participate in any specific way.
In-person circles are approximately 2 hours long and designed for a deeply immersive, shared experience.
Virtual circles are shorter and held online, offering a more private, accessible space for reflection and release.
