A welcoming, confidential space for women to slow down, reflect, and reconnect in community.
When you arrive, you’ll be warmly welcomed into a calm, intentional space. There’s no rush, no performance, and nothing to prepare in advance.
Once everyone is settled, we gather in circle and gently begin.
You’ll be invited to:
🌑 arrive in your body through breath and grounding
🌑 reflect on the theme of the evening
🌑 meditate and journal
🌑 set intentions for the new moon cycle
🌑 share in a safe community of women (only if you wish)
Each circle follows a thoughtful, time-honored structure designed to support emotional safety, presence, and deep listening. The flow allows space for both personal insight and shared experience, without pressure to speak or participate in any specific way.
Circles are approximately 2 hours long, held in person, and limited to a small group of women to preserve intimacy and connection.
