What to Expect
Here's what the two hours actually look like:
A guided meditation to help you arrive and decompress
Reflection prompts to get you out of your head
Space to share — or just listen. Both are completely welcome.
Real conversation with other women in the room
A confidential, judgment-free environment
Come as you are. Participate however feels right. There's no wrong way to show up.
When You Register, You Get:
Approximately two hours of guided, intentional time with other women
Meditation, reflection, and real conversation
A space that is exclusively for women — no outside noise, no outside roles
Reminder emails with everything you need to know before you arrive
No prior experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.

This is an in-person event in Louisville, KY.
Space is limited to 15 women — grab your spot early.
