This is a gently guided, two-hour experience held in a calm and supportive setting.

A women’s circle is a sacred gathering where women come together to pause, reflect, and be witnessed —
without advice, judgment, or fixing.
During Her Sacred Return, you can expect:
Grounding and guided meditation
Gentle reflection and intention-setting
Optional journaling prompts
Optional sharing (always by choice)
A respectful, confidential group container
You are always invited to participate in a way
that feels right for you.
